DUSTY PIERCE  |  CCO + Founder

Dusty is the Founder, Co-owner and Chief Creative Officer of PM Collective, a nimble, versatile creative agency based in Dallas with a focus on design, web development, video production. Dusty created PM Collective in 2013 as a vehicle for a deep network of creative professionals to add value and variety to their careers through moonlighting (hence, the “PM”).

PM Collective has since evolved into a highly efficient agency that services clients in a wide variety of industries, delivering high quality creative without passing along the towering overhead costs of traditional agencies.

Before making PM Collective his full-time pursuit, Dusty led creative teams at multiple agencies on a variety of accounts as a Designer, Web Developer, Senior Art Director, and Digital Creative Director. Dusty's current role at PM Collective is to oversee the creative process to ensure the work continues to meet his high expectations.  


Eighteen years of creative thinking, new business development and agency management have led Tripp’s career to PM Collective. As CEO and Co-owner, Tripp builds lasting relationships and ensures that clients receive remarkable value throughout every engagement.

Tripp oversees operations, building client relationships and the retail design activities, bringing to bear a decade of agency ownership and a lifetime of creative leadership. His expertise in multiple verticals and environments assures clients of every stripe that PM Collective and its unique, lean model are focused on solving the right problem at the right time.

Tripp’s primary role is as an advocate for all stakeholders, and the philosophy he brings to PM Collective engagements is simple—“What’s fair?” Clients deserve the highest-caliber product; team members deserve the information and inspiration needed to produce at a high level; and everyone deserves to feel good about the work when all is said and done.

JORDAN THOMA  |  Account Director

Jordan lends almost a decade of experience in account leadership and project management to PM Collective’s team, and has held senior positions in multiple agencies and the Retail Activation Team at Keurig Dr Pepper.

Jordan’s career began with Consumer Packaged Goods accounts, shepherding brands like Hawaiian Punch to maximum impact through shopper marketing engagements. As shopper journeys crept increasingly into online paths, Jordan assumed an agency role overseeing the digital account team responsible for delivering flawless digital experiences, including retail video demos, sizzle reels and interactive displays.

She continued honing her expertise in shopper behavior and retail brand activation at Keurig Dr Pepper, collecting valuable experiences in data analytics, brand strategy development, consumer trends, and consumer engagement.

Having extensive experience in both client- and agency-side roles gives Jordan the unique perspectives necessary to help PM Collective serve clients efficiently and effectively. Her background gives her the ability to communicate fluently among creative and account teammates, speak both “client” and “agency” languages, and add value to tactical and strategic projects alike.

Jordan is passionate about the pursuit of exceptional creativity, and her talents for clear communication and impeccable organization are ideally suited for her role in leading and nurturing the critical relationships of PM Collective.
